Bio
Michael joined the practice in 2019 and specialises in providing business and accountancy advice to owner managed and family businesses.
Michael previously worked with two large international accountancy practices. He has over 20 years’ experience in providing assurance services and corporate finance advice to assist his clients develop and deliver their plans for growth. He has had a diverse client base, ranging from large corporate groups to smaller trading partnerships, through which he has developed an extensive knowledge of the Agri-food, Manufacturing and Healthcare sectors.
His reputation for providing practical, common-sense advice and solutions ensures that undue complexity is taken out of key strategic decisions such as business acquisitions, raising finance, succession planning or business reorganisations.
Outside of work, Michael is a Committee Member of the Ulster Society of Chartered Accountants Ireland and Honorary Treasurer of the Clogher Valley Agricultural Society.
